Revere Karate Academy has been servicing the Revere and surrounding community since 1980. Dedicated to excellence we have maintained a high level of integrity in our karate curriculum, educating martial arts students for the past 29 years. Revere Karate Academy was founded by Doreen DiRienzo-Cogliandro who began her Martial Arts training in April of 1973. She attained the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt in April of 1977, currently holds the rank of 8th Degree Black Belt in Ed Parker’s Kenpo Karate making her the highest ranked female Ed Parker Black Belt, World Wide.
To date, Revere Karate Academy has taught over 13,000 students. Mrs. C is still teaching at Revere Karate Academy although 5th Degree Black Belt, Mr. Sita Van is now the Chief Instructor. Our school holds classes in Ed Parker’s Kenpo Karate for both adults and children. We also offer classes in cardio kick-boxing and strength training.
